The country’s most loved culinary festival, Taste of Auckland in partnership with Electrolux, is back and better than ever from 17-20 November bringing together international flavours from around the world in a beautiful al fresco setting.
The event boasts an impressive restaurant line-up including Euro, FISH, The Culpeper, Al Brown’s Depot Eatery, Farina, Miss Clawdy’s, Paris Butter, Tok Tok and more. New in 2016, Taste of Auckland is giving people the opportunity to have a VIP experience with renowned chefs in the Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets. Here, aspiring chefs can learn the tips of the trade from top chefs Megan May, Kyle Street, Ganesh Raj and Guilio Sturla.
Celebrate everything that’s hot on the Auckland food scene at Taste of Auckland in partnership with Electrolux.
Culinary superstars such as Australian dessert king Adriano Zumbo, Peter Gordon, Nadia Lim, Megan May, Nick Honeyman, Marco Edwards and Sachie’s Kitchen will host live cooking demonstrations in the Electrolux Taste Theatre. Acclaimed Qantas Rockpool team will also travel from Australia to make special appearances at the Electrolux Taste Theatre and in the Qantas VIP Lounge.
Other exciting features of the festival include Brew Street with Kapiti Cheese, the TSB Bank Producers Market and Magners Cider Bandstand.
Taste will also showcase the best New Zealand made products from over 100 fine food producers, wine makers, distilleries and craft brewers.

Whenever we get a chance we like to go each year. Love seeing all the producers/restaurants and passionate foodies with their delicious creations and also the wonderful cooking demo’s showcasing many of my food hero’s.. Zumbo this year will be a treat and Farina is always worth a look see

I enjoy going to the demonstrations but what I really love is getting to sample from the variety of restaurants available – and I do my best to try as many of them as I can! 🙂
