Harraways Oat Energy Balls
Really easy and really really tasty! Check out this easy recipe from Harraways and celebrate their 150th birthday too. These little balls of heaven are a great lunchbox filler too!
Makes about 24
0.5 cups Skim milk powder
0.5 tsps Cinnamon
1 tsp White Chia seeds
0.5 cups Smooth peanut butter
3 tsps Honey liquid
1 tsp Vanilla extract
0.33 cups White chocolate chips
4 tbsp Original almond milk
1.5 Cups Harraway’s Rolled oats
Add oats, skim milk powder, cinnamon and chia seeds to a large bowl.
Add in peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
Stir to combine.
Mixture should be slightly sticky but still crumbly.
Slowly add in Almond Milk 1 tablespoon at a time and using hands combine until it comes together in a sticky ball that holds together.
If mixture is too dry, add in more liquid but not so much that it won’t hold shape.
Roll into balls.
Place in a container to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Store in fridge until ready to eat.
